Update.

* manual/texinfo.tex: Update to latest version.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sparc32/syscalls.list: Add ipc.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sparc64/syscalls.list: Likewise.
