Update.
1998-07-14 Mark Kettenis <kettenis@phys.uva.nl>
* mach/Makefile: Create target directory before generating
mach-syscalls.mk.
* mach/Machrules: Invoke awk using AWK variable. Create target
directory before generating server stubs.
