Update.
2003-05-29 Jim Meyering <jim@meyering.net> * time/strftime.c (my_strftime) [!defined _NL_CURRENT && HAVE_STRFTIME]: Use underlying_strftime for %r. Suggested by Daniel Yacob <locales@geez.org>.
