Update.

* sysdeps/generic/ldsodefs.h (_dl_allocate_tls, _dl_deallocate_tls):
Add rtld_hidden_proto.
* sysdeps/generic/dl-tls.c (_dl_deallocate_tls): Add rtld_hidden_def.
(_dl_allocate_tls): Likewise. Remove INTDEF.
