Update.
* iconvdata/tst-tables.sh: Actually return with an error if
something goes wrong.
* iconvdata/tst-table.sh: Return with an error if any of the cmp fails.
* iconvdata/big5hkscs.c (BODY of FROM_LOOP): Reject 0xff as input.
