Update.
* iconvdata/isiri-3342.c: New file.
* iconvdata/Makefile (modules): Add ISIRI-3342.
(distribute): Add isiri-3342.c.
(gen-8bit-gap-modules): Add isiri-3342.
* iconvdata/gconv-modules: Add entries for ISIRI-3342.
