	typedef in errnos.h.

	* string/argz.h, string/argz-append.c, string/argz-count.c,
	string/argz-create.c, string/argz-delete.c, string/argz-extract.c,
	string/argz-insert.c, string/argz-stringify.c: New files.
	* string/Makefile (routines): Add envz, argz-*.
	(headers): Add argz.h, envz.h.
