* locale/Makefile: Likewise.
* login/Makefile: Likewise.
* math/Makefile: Likewise.

* nss/Makefile: Likewise.
* resolv/Makefile: Likewise.
* rt/Makefile: Likewise.
* posix/unistd.h (gethostname): Change type of second parameter
back to size_t as per upcoming XPG6.
