Run vismain only if linker supports protected data symbol
Gold doesn't support protected data symbol:

Run vismain only if linker supports protected data symbol.
* elf/Makefile (tests): Add vismain only if
$(have-protected-data) == yes.
(tests-pie): Likewise.
