* nscd/Makefile (distribute): Add nscd-types.h.
* elf/Makefile (distribute): Add gccframe.h.
* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/Dist: Add ieee754.h.
* sysdeps/ia64/Dist: Add ieee754.h.
