Update.
* stdlib/isomac.c (fmt): Don't define _LIBC.
* include/endian.h: Define BIG_ENDI, LITTLE_ENDI, HIGH_HALF, and
LOW_HALF only if _LIBC is defined.
* sysdeps/i386/fpu/libm-test-ulps: Slight adjustment of yn() error.
