* stdlib/strtol.c: Use #ifdef, not #if, for HAVE_LIMITS_H.
* posix/glob.c (glob_in_dir): Allocate GLOB_MARK byte in case when
(NFOUND == 0 && (FLAGS & GLOB_NOCHECK)).
