Update.

* Makefile: Allow for c++-types-$(config-machine)-$(config-os).data in
addition to c++-types-$(base-machine)-$(config-os).data.
* scripts/data/c++-types-powerpc-linux-gnu.data: New file.
* scripts/data/c++-types-powerpc64-linux-gnu.data: New file.
