* mach/Machrules: Undo last change.
(mach-generated): List .uh and .__h files only for $(user-interfaces),
not for each .h in $(interface-headers); server-interfaces have no .uh
or .__h files.
* mach/Makefile (mach/mach_interface.defs): Renamed from
mach_interface.defs.
