* shlib-versions [USE_IN_LIBIO] (.*-.*-gnu-gnu.*): Make 2.2.6 default.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/configure.in: Default oldest ABI is 2.2.6
under --enable-libio.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/configure: Regenerated.
