Update.

* sysdeps/x86_64/bsd-_setjmp.S: Use HIDDEN_JUMPTARGET.
* include/setjmp.h: Add libc_hidden_proto for __sigsetjmp.
(CFLAGS-clnt_perr.c): Likewise.
